Love the location, and despite reading slightly negative reviews, I'm glad I booked this hotel. We were in the building the office was in and the room was smaller than what we were used to. But it was clean, no bugs, sheets and blankets were clean. Bathroom was clean. The pool was clean and kept up, the kids loved it! Guy at the front desk seemed creepy at first, but after talking to him, he was actually quite nice and funny! We stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned nicely each day when we arrived back to the hotel. It was a nice atmosphere and comfortable, will definitely stay again when I'm the area!

This most recent time it was great I love that the bed frames are metal and lewis was AMAZING I had a booking issue and I called he went above and beyond to find a solution. Once I got there I had a small issue and he resolved it immediately. I will definitely be back because of the service and quality that the hotel and lewis provided

Room was small but comfortable. Bed was decent, HVAC worked fine. Wifi was sufficient. The location was decently quiet, I slept well. This is my second year staying here for this specific weekend (Jamestown Settlement Food & Feasts). I'll be back next year, probably also for Military Thru the Ages in March.

The room was clean and quiet. The AC unit worked well, I used the fan feature only and it ran very quietly with no odor or dust. The staff were pleasant and the location near various historic sites was teriffic. There were various restaurants nearby and I had no complaints. Also the price was very reasonable.

We needed a room at 11pm because we had a horrible experience with motel we just came from and demanded refund. The guy at the desk was very friendly, helpful and found us a room immediately. The facility was clean, newer, room was nice and big, comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5 stars
